Family Waiting Room and Breast Feeding Room Renovation
Mount Sinai Hospital (New York, NY)
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

The Marc and Ruti Bell Foundation provided a grant to support renovations of the Family Waiting Room and Breastfeeding Rooms located on the third floor of the Klingenstein Pavilion in The Mount Sinai Hospital. The grant was made in the fourth quarter of 2002 and renovations took about 12 weeks to complete. The Mount Sinai Hospital is a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York.

The Marc and Ruti Bell Foundation is listed as a supporter in the hospital’s annual report. The gift is commemorated with two plaques on the third floor of the Klingenstein Pavilion as follows:

In the breastfeeding room:
"With gratitude.
Rachel & David Bell"

In the family waiting room:
"This room is dedicated to Dr. Ramone Murphy and all Mount Sinai pediatricians for their continuing contribution of peace and sanity to NICU parents. Marc & Ruti Bell"
